Skin Care Tips: Face Cleansing Routine for Combination or Oily and Acne-Prone Skin | Video

Yesterday I filmed a quick one minute tutorial on how I remove my makeup and what skincare products I use just before bed (the video is below the pics). It turned out that I've reviewed most of the products in my blog already so I thought it will be helpful to add links to the posts here. If you want to learn more about any of the products simply click on the picture. Please, keep in mind that my skin is combination to oily and I also have acne. Most of these products can be used by all skin types but the whole routine or a certain product might not be suitable for your skin.

The first thing that I do if I have eye makeup, even if it's just a mascara, is to use a waterproof makeup remover. I recently tried this one by Nivea (full review here) and it quickly became one of my favourite ๐Ÿ’™ Another one that I love is the Waterproof Eye Makeup by Sephora. (full review here)

This product by Bioderma is amazing! It removes all the makeup from the skin, it's not sticky and it doesn't irritate the skin, actually it's suitable for sensitive skin as well. Also I love the fact that's affordable and the brand does a lot of offers, I usually buy two big bottles for the price of one and they will last me forever. (full review here)

Mia 2 by Clarisonic was one of my best beauty purchases ever! It removes the makeup completely and it leaves the skin very smooth. It's pricy but it's worth every dirham. (full review here)

If you have acre-prone skin you definitely need to try the Special Cleansing Lotion by Mario Badescu! You only have to apply a little amount on a cotton pad and gently clean the face, it will tone your skin and help you get rid of the annoying pimples. (full review here)

I use a lot of Mario Badescu products because they make my skin look great and are affordable. I recently started using the famous Facial Spray and absolutely love it! (full review here)

This is a great moisturiser by Dior for any skin type. I apply it twice a day - in the morning and in the evening and I've noticed a difference shortly after I've started using it, my face simply feels and looks better. (full review here)

I really like the serum by The Ordinary because you can easily apply makeup after that. It also moisturise the area and as you can see on the video small amount goes long way. (full review here)

I've said it many times, for me this is the best product for acne on the market. It's an absolute must for everyone who suffers from acne or gets pimples from time to time. (full review here)
