Is this the Fastest Way to Hydrate your Skin?

It's Ramadan and even though I haven't really been outside on the heat, I still feel my skin quite dehydrated. Staying indoors doesn't help much neither because the AC dehydrates the skin as much as the sun does. There are three steps that I usually follow to hydrate my (or a client's) skin - exfoliation, face mask and moisturiser (by the way one of my all time favourite moisturising masks is the Overnight Creamy Face Mask by Sephora - click here for the full review).

There is another product called Hydrating Face Mist, that I love to use when I need a little bit hydration. The good news is that almost every skincare brand has it and it is very easy to use. All you have to do is simply spray it directly on your face or use a cotton pad to apply it. I personally love the Organic Grape Water Face Mist by Caudalie. It's preservatives and fragrance-free and the best thing about it is that leaves your skin very refreshed, which makes it the perfect product for the summer! I bought mine for around 70 AED from Sephora but I think you can find it in Boots in Dubai too. I have to mention that a little goes a long way, I have been using mine for about an year now (mostly in the summer) and the bottle isn't empty yet. On the package it's written that it's suitable for sensitive skin as well, but have in mind that if your skin is very dry/dehydrated this product will definitely help but it won't be enough. You might have to use other moisturising products too.
