Mask Monday | How to Get Celebrity Skin?

Last year when I was in London I paid a visit to Charlotte Tilbury's Covent Garden store and of course I ended up purchasing couple of products. One of the items that I bought is a box with travel size skincare products called 'Gift of Goddess Skin', which contains the famous Miracle Glow, the Magic Cream and this Clay Mask. The reason why I got the small sizes is because the full size is very pricey and I didn't want to spend so much money on something I haven't tried before even though the reviews about all these three products are beyond good.

If you don't know who Charlotte Tilbury is, she is a well known celebrity makeup artist. And when I say celebrity makeup artist I mean a REAL celebrity makeup artist, not like those who just written it in their Intagram bio. She has been working with names like Penelope Cruz, Kate Moss, Natalie Portman, Kim Kardashian and others for years. I personally absolutely adore her makeup, her personality and her products! I've never mention it but she was actually one of the people who inspired me to pursuit a career in the beauty industry, but anyway let's get back to the face mask. :)

Goddess Skin

If you ask me why I tried this mask almost an year later.. well, I don't have an answer for that but let me tell you something, I was blown away from the result! The description of the product says that it lifts, smoothes, brightens and tightens the skin pores. I know that many celebrities use this mask right before getting their makeup done for the Red Carpet, but still it just sounded too good to be true, especially the lifting part, I mean how can a mask actually lift your skin for few minutes? Well, it does! Believe it or not, my skin was slightly lifted and the pores on my forehead which I absolutely hate were less visible. My skin just looked great and I could definitely notice a significant difference! If you can afford to use this mask ones a week (£45 / AED 200), your skin will look great, if you can't then you might use it only occasionally when you have an important event and want to look your best.

How to use it: Apply a thin layer of the Goddess Skin Clay Mask across the entire face avoiding the eye area, leave it on until it dries and then rinse off with warm water. For better results exfoliate your skin before the mask and apply your favourite moisturiser after the mask.
